Abstract

In the group of patients with CHF with COPD as opposed to patients with isolated CHF more evident changes of structural functional parameters of the heart are estimated, as well as correlation relationships between indexes of systolic, diastolic myocardial function, IST (interventricular septum thickness) and results of RF are revealed.
