CARDIOVASCULAR DRUGS AND THEIR ROLE IN PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION

Abstract

Experimental and clinical data, which demonstrate endothelioprotective properties of cerebrovascular drugs, such as inhibitors of ACE, -adrenoblockers, statins, calcium antagonists, are summarized and represented. Having compared data from literature and taken into account the results of our experimental studies, we can arrange the drugs in the following sequence: lisinopril  simvastatin  nebivolol > bisoprolol > nifedipine, depending on the severity of endothelioprotective properties.
