The study was devoted to laser and enzymotherapy combination treatment results in postoperative hemophthalmos as a complication after surgery for cataract and glaucoma. The essence of the proposed treatment consists in oral administration of trombovazim fibrinolytic followed by laser coagulation of the hemophthalmos: argon laser with wave length of 488—514 nm or Neodim: YAG laser with double frequency and wave length of 532 nm. Three-mirror Goldmann lens was effective in providing laser influence onto all departments of the vitreous body.
