Abstract

A survey of 90 pregnant women with premature rupture of amniotic fluid with mature pregnancy (main group) and 30 patients with timely rupture of amniotic fluid (control group) is discussed. Studies have revealed that premature rupture of amniotic fluid while the mother’s body was not ready for delivery, increased hormone production and disturbance of vegetative regulation, increased production of IL-1, IL-6 and unstable personal emotional index make the prognosis of outcome delivery for the mother and fetus worse.

Keywords

premature rupture of amniotic fluid, abnormality of delivery, vegetative nervous system, cytokines.
