Abstract

Article is devoted to analysis of optimum regiments for treatment of chronic heart failure in women patients with climacteric. Conventional drug means are considered including the use of b-blockers, calcium antagonists, nitrates, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, and trimetazine (preductal MB), a new cytoprotector class representative. Article provides analysis of clinical efficacy this therapy.
