Abstract

We studied dependence between intensity of desegregations effect of dibicor and its plasma concentration in pation's with diabetes mellitus using the method of small-angle light scattering on "Light-Scan". A simple and sensitive method of platelet aggregation determination by low-angle light detection on the instrument "Light-Scan". Platelets were induced by addiction of ADP to aqueos solution of 140 mM NaCl, tris-buffer, 5 mM EDTA and platelets 106 cells/ml. The method produced accurate and repeatable results.
