Optimizing surgical treatment of disseminated hormone-dependent breast cancer by means of radical mastectomy and laparoscopic ovariectomy

Abstract

The paper describes ways of optimizing surgery for breast cancer by means of a safe combination of radicsl mastectomy and laparoscopic ovariectomy. Ample clinical evidence supports cost-efficiency of simulaneous radical mastectomy and laparoscopic ovariectomy followed by a raduction in the total amount of postoperative complications.
