Studies of bendazole on rats established the scope of LD50 upon intragastric administration (2500 mg/kg in males and 2630,8 mg/kg in females), defined the therapeutic range (up to 2048 units) and the range of safe (from 1 to 128 units) and toxic (from 256 to 2048 units) action.
