The clinical effectivness of taurin (dibicorum) in complex treatment of Helicobacter pylori – induced chronical gastritis and ulcerous disease of stomach and duodenum

Abstract

The main purpose of this research work is using of Taurin in complex treatment of Helicobacter pylori – induced chronical gastritis and ulcerous disease of stomach and duodenum. The specific polyclonal antibodies for antiHelicobacter pylori are used like the histochemical markers of the morfofunctional gastric condition. The proliferative activity of the adenous’s epithelium is exposed with the help of polyclonal antibodies Ki – 67. Apoptosis is exposed with the help of monoclonal antibodies to protein P 53 and to aspase 3. It is demonstrated a high effectiveness of Taurin in comparison with placebo on the bais of tripl eradication therapy.
