Abstract

This paper is about 4 cases of patients aged 55, 59,68 and 70 years of age, diagnosed as cases of pilomatricoms. Careful clinical examination, though cytologic and histologic investigation and a high index of suspicion results in an accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and the avoidance of unnecessarily extensive surgery.
