Abstract. Estimation of the composition and dynamics of reproduction of the highly qualified research staff skills is an important indicator in analysis of basic tendencies of personnel development. A complex of measures aimed at improving the system of training research and teaching staff in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the State policy in the field of development of a medical science and technology is offered.
