BIOPHYSICAL PARAMETERS OF ORAL FLUID IN DISTURBED ORAL MICROFLORA

Abstract

A clinical and laboratory study of oral microflora was performed on 153 individuals, of whom 57 showed normal flora,49 — single-species dysbiosis, 47 — associated dysbacteriosis. As a result of crystallographic study we found that when oral microflora is disturbed, pronounced changes in the structure of the construction of oral liquid crystals take place. This fact can be used in screening for rapid diagnosis of oral dysbiosis.
