ENDOBRONCHIAL THERAPY OF HEMOASPIRATION PNEUMONITIS IN SEVERE MULTITRAUMA

Abstract

While analyzing the results of hemoaspiration pneumonitis therapy of patients with severe multitrauma [n = 56, ISS — (23,09 ± 0,28) points] it was established that the efficacy of perftoran endobronchial instillations administration (83,33 %) was definitely higher (p < 0,01) than the background intensive therapy (43,75 %).
