Abstract

Abstraсt. A new experimental model with involving orthodontic apparatus of original design for displacement of canine teeth is proposed. The result is an increase in the efficacy of displacement of the dog’s teeth by means of dorsal loads in the vestibular direction. This model can be used for studying the morphologic and functional features of periodontal tissues in horizontal displacement of teeth, and in the retention period.
