PHARMACOECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THROMBOLYTIC THERAPY IN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME IN ORDINARY CLINICAL PRACTICE

Abstract

We present results of a retrospective pharmacoeconomic study of the effectiveness and safety of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute coronary syndrome with ST segment elevation. The efficacy and safety of thrombolytic therapy depends on the patient’s age and the time of its administration, which must be considered when providing care.
