A STUDY OF VASOTROPIC PROPERTIES OF CERTAIN OPHTHALMOLOGIC DRUGS IN MYOPIA

Abstract

The study was devoted to estimation of vasotropic properties of two drugs used in ophthalmologic practice for myopic patients: of -adrenomimetic irifrin and carbonic anhydraze inhibitor dorzolomide. We studied the effect of the indicated drugs onto the anterior eye segment hemoperfusion: blood pressure in the anterior ciliary arteries, intraocular pressure, perfusion pressure of the eye anterior segment.
