Abstract

The composition of phenol compounds of the overground part of Conyza canadensis L. growing on the territory of the Volgograd region has been investigated by means of highly effective liquid chromatography. The phenol carbonic acids (gallic acid), hydroxycinnamic acids (isoferulic, ferulic, chlorogenic, chicoric, chlorogenic and cinnamic acids); 4 flavonoids (lyuteolin, lyuteolin-7-glicozide, rutin, dihydroquercetine), coumarins (dihydrocoumarin, o-methoxycoumarin) as well as tannins (tannin, catechine, epicatechine) were identified. It was established by the method of internal normalization that isoferulic acid prevailed among the hydroxycinnamic acids; rutin prevailed among flavonoid compounds.

Keywords
