EFFECT OF PULMONARY HYPERTENSION ON SOME CARDIODYNAMIC VALUES IN PATIENTS WITH VIRAL LIVER CIRRHOSIS

Abstract

The study established that an increase in pulmonary arterial pressure in patients with liver cirrhosis is accompanied by diastolic ventricular dysfunction, extension of the trunk and branches of the pulmonary artery, left atrium, an increase in left ventricular mass, an increase of Tei index.
