MORPHOLOGY OF THE MICROVASCULATURE OF MESENTERY IN ACUTE EXPOSURE WITH SODIUM NITRITE AND PERFTORAN CORRECTION

Abstract

Experimental exposure model on 70 white rats of sodium nitrite reviled a progressive morphological adjustment of all parts of the bed mesentery at 30, 90 and 180 minutes. Infusion of saline (control) and perftoran (experience) showed the advantage of perftoran correction under early restoration of structural changes of microvasculature of the mesentery and blood rheology.
