THE EFFECTS OF MAGNESIUM TAURINATE ON THE DYNAMICS OF MORPHOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF THE UTERUS AND OVARIES IN ALIMENTARY INDUCED MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY IN RATS

Abstract

Alimentary Mg deficiency induced structural changes in all layers of the uterus and, to a lesser extent, in the ovaries of rats.The structural changes were accompanied by significant deviations of quantitative morphological parameters suggesting increasing predominance of circulatory diseases and atrophic processes. Mg taurinate increased the height of exocrinocytes,the proportion of nuclei in exocrinocytes as well as endometrial and myometrial thickness.
