Abstract

We studied polymorphism of promoter region of IL10 and TNFa genes in 84 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck and 36 healthy volunteers. There were significant differences in the distribution of genotype frequencies of SNPmutations IL10 G1082A и IL10 592C>A. It was shown the effect of different genotypes on the nature of the tumor process.
