In article the state of health of the children and teenagers living in the million-strong city of Volgograd for 2012—2013 is analyzed. Indicators of level and structure of incidence of the children’s population for 2012—2013 are in details presented. Decrease in indicators of an index of health of children and growth of number of the separate chronic and combined nosological forms is noted.
