EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE AND ACTUAL CLINICAL PRACTICE

Abstract

We analyzed the results of implementing evidence-based medicine in actual clinical practice. A system of evaluating the efficiency of medical care standards common to all medical establishments was developed. We proposed the system which ensures the rational use of the limited resources, on the one hand, and the maintenance of health, working capacity and an increase in longevity of the RF population, on the other hand.
