Abstract

We carried out a comparative microscopic study of the structural features of peripheral nerves of brachial plexus in the middle third of the shoulder of lagomorphs species. We revealed that restructuring of stromal and conductive components of nerves innervating extensor muscles of logomorphs was most expressed. These microstructural changes were regarded as manifestations of adaptive evolution of vertebrates.
