Abstract

The development and progression of ankylosing spondylitis involves many factors, including the pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which have a stimulating effect on tissue destruction and systemic inflammation. In-depth study of IL -1, IL-8, IL- 17,TNF-, IL- 10 will help to find new approaches to the early diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
