Abstract

The article discussed the current situation of the provision of outpatient care to children’s population in Volgograd, a large centre of the southern Federal region. It provided calculated, staff and the actual rates of the provision of child population with district doctors, pediatricians as well as specialists. It also discussed the problems associated with preventive medical checkups as well as follow-up care of children and adolescents.
