EMBRYO-FETOTOXIC ACTION OF NEW PURINE NUCLEOSIDE ADENOSINE WITH ANTIDEPRESSANT ACTIVITY

Abstract

In experiments on pregnant female rats, we found that the agent VMA 99-82 had no damaging effect on embryo-, organoand fetogenesis when it was administered intragastrically in doses of 10 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg. We also observed the positive influence of the agent VMA 99-82 on the general condition of pregnant female rats and on the quality of antenatal development of their fetuses.
