Comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination of 580 patients aged from 45 to 55 years with non-atypical endometrial hyperplasia was performed. The study of the average autoantibody content profiles of 120 patients was conducted. The study demosntrated an expressed hyporeactive autoimmunity condition characterized by imbalanced indices (reduced profiles of autoantibodies to double-stranded DNA and TrM-03 antigens; enhanced profile of autoantibodies to the Fc — fragment, collagen, insulin, SPR-06 and ANCA antigens and imbalanced profiles of autoantibodies against protein S-100 and antigen KiM-05), which could act as a trigger of the development of this disease.
perimenopause, hyperplastic process of the endometrium, immune system, autoantibodies.
