Abstract

The study of microcirculatory disorders revealed when various dental diseases are topically treated is of great importance for the current clinical practice. The number of patients with lichen planus of the oral mucosa is increasing, the disease is longterm and chronic, the success rate of the existing treatments of this disease is low and there is a risk of malignanization. All these factors necessitate a search for new highly effective drugs which have a stable therapeutic effect in the shortest possible time. We used laser Doppler flowmetry to demonstarte the dynamics of the functional state of oral microcirculation 6 months after the treatment of erosive — ulcerative lesions with drugs differing in composition and properties. All patients were divided into 3 groups: I — traditional treatment, II — combination of TIZOL and L-arginine composition, III — autohemotherapy. We provided evidence and proved the effectiveness of introducing platelet autoplasma injections and TIZOL and L-arginine combination in the treatment regimen.
