MICROCIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN NEWBORNS WITH HYPOXIC-ISCHEMIC LESIONS OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM

Abstract

The article explored microcirculatory disorders in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic lesions of the central nervous system. The obtained results made it possible to use a non-invasive laser Doppler flowmetry method for diagnosing microcirculation disorders and studying the regulatory factors controlling microhemodynamics in this category of patients. The ischemic type of microcirculatory disorders involving predominant ergotropic central regulation of the blood flow was observed in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic lesions of the central nervous system.

Keywords
