Abstract

The unified state register of the population attached to medical institutions providing ambulatory care in general medicine makes it possible to create unified state personified registries of medical care. The unified state register of the population attached to medical institutions providing ambulatory care in general medicine should be considered as a component of the unified state health information system. Based on the unified state register of the personified registries of medical care the main directions of medical statistics development were outlined.
