The study is based on the results of observations of 135 patients in the transition period, with morphologically verified recurrent endometrial hyperplasia. We have developed a differentiated approach to the choice of the volume of surgical intervention of this cohort of patients on the basis of an assessment of the level of the ovarian reserve. The results indicate a reliable effectiveness of the proposed method (p < 0,05): relapse of the hyperplastic process in the endometrium was diagnosed in 11,1 % of patients in the comparison group, while in the main group – in only one patient.
perimenopause, endometrial hyperplasia, metabolic syndrom.
