The paper presents a comparative analysis of the effect of two forms of highly purified butyrylcholinesterase: native and conjugated with gold nanoparticles on the dynamics of cholinesterase activity in blood plasma and target organs. The results of the experiment showed that the peak of cholinesterase activity was observed 24 hours after administration of the native butyrylcholinesterase. The conjugated form of butyrylcholinesterase showed a small but stable increase in the cholinesterase level over a longer time (up to 3 days).
