We perform the results of examination of 38 patients (45 eyes), undergone primary open-angle glaucoma surgery.The patients underwent non-penetrating deep sclerectomy with the implantation of hemostatic sponge impregnated with sol. Dexamethasone into intrascleral space. The mean values of IOP was (17,4 ± 0,18) mm Hg in 6 months postoperatively.The given technique increases and prolongs the hypotensive effect, allows receiving the well-formed filtrating bleb and intrascleral area, decreases the possibility of trabecular descemet membrane thickening.
