Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of fast track surgery. The main features of preoperative preparation,intraoperative therapy, anesthetic management and postoperative management of patients to reduce the incidence of complications, accelerate rehabilitation with a reduction in hospitalization time and reduce the cost of treatment are elucidated in the article. The article analyzes the economic and economic problems associated with fast track surgery in planned and emergency surgery, because this problem has been little studied and requires further research.
