Abstract

The investigation is devoted to the study of the frequency of external a visceral signs of undifferentiated connection tissue dysplasia (UCTD), to the diagnostics of this forms and syndromes in children. There were 140 children (aged from 1 to 6 years old) under observation. All the children underwent clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination including EGS, EchoKS and kidney ultrasound. The degree of severity of dysplastic manifestation in the scores of each child was determined, which makes it possible to form a risk group for profound study of gene polymorphism. The high frequency of phenotypic and visceral signs of UCTD and criteria for assessing the severity of its forms were established. The clinicalinstrumental characteristic of the syndrome of dysphasia in the heart and kidneys were given. It will allow to carry out early diagnostics of the studies pathology and to form risk group for the establishment of gene polymorphism.
