Purpose of the study. To increase the efficiency of reproductive function recovery after myomectomy. Material and methods. A comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination of 64 patients of reproductive age with uterine myoma who were enrolled for planned surgical treatment was performed. Results. Within one year after the end of therapy, out of 32 patients of the main group, pregnancy occurred in 23 (71,8 %) subjects: spontaneously – in 18 (56,2 %) women; in the in vitro fertilization – in 15,6 % of cases with a favorable outcome in 15 (46,9 %). Conclusion. The results obtained in the course of this study suggest that a three-stage method of preventing adhesions after myomectomy, leading to an increase in the realization of reproductive function, is 1,5 times more scientifically grounded.
