This study presents the results of studying the neurotoxic-logical profile of the new compound RU-891 with antithrombotic properties. Is-used technique mnogorazovogo observations «S. Irwin». Test parameters were evaluated in parallel groups, receiving the substance in doses beginning with the average effective (ED50) and with a multiple increase of 10, 20, 50 times. The study revealed that the neurotoxicological properties of compound RU-891 are characterized by dose-dependent activity. It was found that the introduction of animal compounds РУ-891 in the average effective dose-23 mg/kg and a dose exceeding the effective 10 and 20 times neurotoxicological changes in animal behavior are not observed and the state of the animals correlated with that of the control group. The most significant effects in the introduction of the studied compound – passivity, inhibition of reflex reactions, impaired limb tone-developed in high doses, exceeding the effective 20 and 50 times. The borders were identified, the minimum toxic dose (TDmin) to connect РУ-891 when administered orally: 230 mg/kg < TDmin ≤ 460 mg/kg.
