Abstract

The present research is dedicated to development and validation of technique for assay of gimantan in a dosage form for topical application – gel of a gimantan by method of gas-liquid chromatography (GLC). This method is one of the most perspective medicines for the analysis of a number of derivatives of an adamantan, due to their sufficiently high volatility and resistance to high temperatures.
