CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY FOR TREATMENT OF ANGULAR CHEILITIS OF DIFFERENT ETIOLOGIES

Abstract

The article presents the effectiveness of angular cheilitis treatment of different etiologies using the photodynamic therapy with Fotosan (CMS Dental, Denmark). Based on the clinical findings and the confirmed microbiological examination results, the authors conclude that the proposed method decreases the treatment time for patients with angular cheilitis of different etiologies.
