The article describes the clinical case of ascariasis complicated by the development of paraproctitis, skin allergy,and bronchial obstruction syndrome in a three-month-old baby. The diagnosis became apparent at the time of detection of the roundworm on the baby’s diaper and macroscopic research of helminth and microscopic feces. Follow-up observation after surgical treatment of paraproctitis and anthelmintic treatment was carried out for 1 year. Repeated complaints and appeals during the observation process were not noted.
