MODERN APPROACHES TO CARE OF PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL PREGNANCY

Abstract

A clinical case of combined organ-preserving treatment in case of progressive cervical pregnancy is presented. A few years ago, the tactic in detecting cervical pregnancy was unequivocally determined – extirpation of the uterus. In modern conditions, thanks to the introduction of clinical protocols into the practice of gynecologists, a unique opportunity exists to interrupt cervical pregnancy with preservation of the uterus and the reproductive health of the young patient.
