A computer prognosis and experimental testing of antioxidant activity of new chemical compounds using QSAR-dependences

Abstract

The designing of computer system for prognosticating antioxidant activity of imidazobenzimidazole derivatives on the basis of the information technology of «Microcosm» was described. It was shown that information technology of «Microcosm » makes possible to prognosticate the level of antioxidant activity for these substances with high precision; the technology may be also used for prognoshcating other types of pharmacological activity of other classes of structurally similar chemical compounds.
