Abstract

The patients with transplanted kidney dysfunction have evidence of T-cellular immunity activation, proinflammatory cytokines levels and recycling immune complex elevation. Reactivation of cytomegalovirus infection i n decreased immunosuppression accompanies activation of transplanted immunity and intensifies reaction of tran splant rejection.
