A COMPLEX CASE OF PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDISM IN CLINICAL PRACTICE

Abstract

This article is devoted to the description of a clinical case of a patient with an established diagnosis: right parathyroid adenoma, primary hyperparathyroidism, multiple organ failure. Special attention is paid to the correctly collected anamnesis, objective examination of the patient, diagnostic measures, the results of laboratory and instrumental methods research were considered and analyzed. This clinical case is actual because this disease, regardless of its form, has a manifestation of multiple concomitant pathologies, which indicates the importance of early detection of changes in the functioning of body systems.
