TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC ALGORITHM FOR ASSOCIATED CLOSED ABDOMINAL AND RETROPERITONEAL ORGANS INJURY FROM THE STANDPOINT OF EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to an actual problem-combined blunt trauma of the abdomen and retroperitoneal organs. A treatment and diagnostic algorithm is proposed to standardize the approach to patients with this pathology depending on the hemodynamic status, and the indications for various diagnostic methods and the order of their use are specified. The author analyzes the literature sources of Russian and foreign authors and justifies the expediency of using different research methods to make a decision about surgical treatment, dynamic observation or conservative therapy.
