Experience of outpatient autohaemochemotherapy of breast cancer is analyzed in the paper. Patients with locally-advanced and disseminated tumor process received neoadjuvant, adjuvant and palliative treatment with cytostatic medications administered on autoblood by traditional schemes CAMF and CAF. The results obtained justify possibility and exped iency of autohaemochemotherapy application in outpatient treatment of breast cancer.
