SOME MECHANISMS OF GASTROPATHY FORMATION AND PROGRESSING IN CHRONIC DIFFUSIVE LIVER DISEASES

Abstract

Clinical manifestations of gastropathy and features of endoscopic picture of gastroduodenal zone lesion in patients with chronic diffusive liver diseases were described. 82 patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases were examined. Clinical, endoscopic, morphological, immunohistochemical methods of research were applied. Distinctions in numeric density of epitheliocytes of gastric mucous membrane, producing somatostatin, endothelin-1, inducible NO-synthase in patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases were revealed.
