FREQUENCY OF DISCOVERY OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI DEPENDING ON CLINICAL-ENDOSCOPIC PICTURE OF THE PEPTIC ULCER

Abstract

The results of study of Helicobacter pylori infection prevalence in patients with peptic ulcer dep ending on its severity, duration and complication rate are presented in the paper. It is established that in recurrent ulcer, combination of ulcer with erosive antral gastritis and duodenitis, marked scarry ulcerous deformation of the pyloric-duodenal zone, ulcerous anamnesis more than 5 years are pathognomic clinical and endoscopic manifestations of pre sence of toxigenic Helicobacter pylori infection and high degree of Helicobacter pylori mucosal insemination in exacerbation of peptic ulcer.
