The aim of the research is to evaluate the results of trapezoidal perineostomy in the treatment of patients with extended and recurrent strictures of the anterior urethra. The study included 5 males with an average age of 62 years. Among the etiological factors: urethrectomy and penectomy (n = 3), inflammatory diseases of the urethra (n = 1), iatrogenic damage to the urethra (n = 1). The duration of the operation is 60 minutes. No complications were observed in the immediate postoperative period. The average bed-day in the hospital was 4, postoperative – 3 days. When assessing long-term results and quality of life using questionnaire scales, the following results were obtained: IPSS – 5 (3–7) points and QoL – 1 (1–2) points. Thus, perineal urethrostomy requires more extensive and detailed analysis in studies with high statistical power.
